Replaces the default pkg-config search directory.
Try it out:
prompt ls -l lib/pkgconfig/oggz.pc

Why important? I'd say this is a minor issue, really.
Anyhow, this is https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=3093 and
fixed in CVS. I just haven't gotten around to doing a release yet.
