Bug #316233 still occurs. Not always, but at a significant rate. This problem seems to have been identified upstream (http://forum.eagle-usb.org/viewtopic.php?t=3358). This bug is also not specific to this particular version of eagle-usb, since users of (newer) version 2.3.2 also reported this problem.
