Disable RA file and SMI file
It's not a problem but I find that
mplayerplug-in*.xpt are installed in /usr/lib/mozilla(-firefox)/plugins,
not in /usr/lib/mozilla(-firefox)/components.

(Compiling mplayerplug-in-3.05.tar.gz with the option --disable-rm solve
the problem.)
