hello Just to say I've got the same bug :( despite gphpedit seems to be THE editor I'm looking for... it is unusable :(
I noticed an other symptom : when a other window (or dialogue) goes in front of gphpedit, the entire text behind (in gphpedit) keep "dancing" when the top windows moves. The rendering is "recalculate".
