Package: postfix Version: 2.1.5-9 Severity: wishlist Tags: patch -----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1
I've backported the patch from 2.3 devel, I use cyrus imapd in almost my system and a lot of spam emails have null char inside body. Postfix accepts these mails but they will remain as "bonced" until postfix expires the queue, since cyrus imapd doesn't accept email containing null chars. The patch is right now untested but I've posted it so someone want to test it. I'll soon make intensive tests also on production sites, and I'll post result on this wishlist. I don't known exactly the debian policies about this kind of changes, but I think if it works, it can be added for r2.
