Please find attached a new locale for the Sanskrit language in India,
contributed by Vidya Ayer (as Sanskrit specialist) and myself (as
locales self-appointed guru...which is not true).

This locale file does not compile, here is a trivial patch and the fixed
sa_IN locale file.
