maybe you have /proc/bus/usb AND /dev/bus/usb? then two ifdhandler would be spawned, and of course only one can claim the interface. or do you have pcscd installed and an egate driver? then two drivers would be trying to use the same resource. please insert the token again and run pidof / ps to
