Contacted, but the author has no time to update the page.
The command to install has changed:
/usr/lib/openoffice/program/unopkg
add
/home/NOMEUTENTE/.openoffice.org2/user/uno_packages/postgresql-sdbc-0.6.2.zip
Tested, and it works.
