Bug#366023: This bug is linked to mod_actions module

If it can help you to resolve the problem, I can precise that it's 
really not an apache2 problem, cause I get this error message on Apache 1.3
And furthermore, those messages appeared, as soon as I activated the 
mod_actions module so I think that this bug is linked to the mod_actions 
module
