a workaround for preventing the crash is to rebuild the package with the
current wxWidgets. I don't know yet why exactly and have informed wxWidgets
maintainer. No answer at the moment.

pgAdmin III crashes when the help system is invoked. I've just built the
help demo file from wx2.6-examples package and it says it can't
initialise the help system and then simply exits.
Any help would be appreciated.
