Package: postgresql-common
Version: 53
Severity: important

Martin,

I have just upgraded from postgresql 7.3 to the clustered 7.4 and found
that the old /etc/logrotate.d/postgresql file is not removed. It
duplicates and conflicts with the new
/etc/logrotate.d/postgresql-common.

When log rotation is done I get

 /etc/cron.daily/logrotate:
error: postgresql-common:1 duplicate log entry for
/var/log/postgresql/postgres.log
 run-parts: /etc/cron.daily/logrotate exited with return code 1

Cheers,

Mark
