You need to create a backport for owl to run in Sarge.
I put php4 4.3.10 because this version will be avaliable and because
we always put new version as possible.
You can recompile this package with php 4.3.10 . Do you know how to
do it ? If not, I can do it for you.

I assume you meant 4:4.4.2 here not 4.3.10. The package on p.d.o has 4.4.2
