Hi,

Although #383755 is fixed, there are still (at least) three binary debs
that create slaved man page alternatives when the man pages no longer
exist (due to the purge of non-free documentation).  See below.  This
appears to affect the gfortran, g77 and gij-4.1 packages if my
understanding of who (formerly) supplied these man pages is correct.
