Package: libpfm3

Latest version of libpfm3 changes soname of the library to libpfm.so.3
(was libpfm3.so.3) but keeps old package name. This is violation of the
policy and it breaks other packages:

shared object file: No such file or directory

('stap' is available in package 'systemtap')
