I have a filter rule that checks the X-Spam-Bars header for my messages,
and has as its action Set Status: Junk. Will this do what you want?

I can't filter mail into my Junk folder. I should be able too; one of my
email sources handily puts a header that means we think this is spam
and I want to send such messages into the Junk folder, but there ain't
