I am sorry I find nothing about the installation log
in /var/log/syslog,/var/log/mysql.err,/var/log/mysql.log,
and /var/log/mysql/.
Then I run 'apt-get install mysql-server-5.0',that error is losing.
I run `/etc/init.d/mysql start`,it type:
[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~$ sudo /etc/init.d/mysql start
Starting MySQL database server: mysqld.
Checking for corrupt, not cleanly closed and upgrade needing tables..
It seems OK! Thank you for you receiving me.
PS: Yes,I want to run `LANG=C sudo apt-get install
mysql-server-5.0`,then all message about locale will not appear.
