I just tried to recompile the python-qt3 package, because this package is in
my opinion the one, which does not work with hplip and holds qt.so lib.
I am always getting this error

Actually, yes. But I never build python-qt*, I just use the usual packages
from Debian. I can certainly build hplip in a chroot if you think that
would help...
