Thanks for the report, I'll add the gpe-icons dependency but there's something else to check first.
Your libgpewidget1 appears to be out of date - you've got libgpewidget1 0.88-2.1 which is the version in testing, rather than 0.114-1 which is in unstable. I suspect that is behind the problem with the gpe-gallery icons.
