With the new gcc-snapshot package lilypond doesn't even survive
./configure. The problem is that many checks fail with:

configure:3953: checking whether we are using the GNU C++ compiler
configure:3977: g++ -c   conftest.cc >&5
conftest.cc:9:1: error: "PACKAGE_NAME" redefined
conftest.cc:3:1: error: this is the location of the previous definition

I'll have to investigate whether this is a problem with GNU Autoconf
2.59 (used to generate lilypond's configure script) or with lilypond.

In any case, I cannot guarantee the original patch I sent is complete
because the C++ header includes got cleaned up some more in recent GCC
4.3 snapshots. This work has been completed now though.
