i've tried what you have suggested several times on different mediums and it 
didn't work :-( 

seames like the wodim doesn't acknowledge the noburnfree command i give it ?
i've set it in the /etc/wodim.conf and i also gave it on the command line and 
also from inside the k3b software.

here are two results from two different mediums...
