I'm about to NMU lib3ds-dev 1.3.0-0.1 into the 7-day delayed queue.

Yes, me.  I don't mind whether you call me co-maintainer but I don't
expect to be doing a great deal of responding to bug reports and that
kind of thing so it's probably best to make just you be the
maintainer.
