Hi,
I am not sure why did the previous poster move this to udev - there
might be some script or program that changes permissions on /dev/null

I have very annoying bug: after a time, I am getting '/dev/null: permission
denied', when working under user. Something changes /dev/null permissions.
Udev has proper permissions though.
So I have no reason to believe that there is a bug in udev unless you
can show hints pointing to one.
