The changelog mentions the "local" option, but it is not documented.

Looking at the code, it appears that this option would stop it from
running dupload?

PS: Assuming that my interpretation is right: wouldn't "no-dupload" 
    (or similar) be a better name for the option? "local" is very
    generic and open to (mis)interpretation...
