tracker-meta-folder only accepts absolute paths; e.g.

  $ tracker-meta-folder foo

  ** (process:22113): WARNING **: An error has occured : Cannot find
  folder foo in Tracker database

  $ tracker-meta-folder ~/foo
  /home/felix/foo/bar :

There seems to be no good reason not to accept relative paths.
