Dear Roland,
you say that "images converted with spm5 have information about
Sequence, TR, TE, and FA in their header". What field do they use to
store this information ? Is this in the description field or is it an
auxiliary field ?
PS: the problem with the X axis for sagital images was also reported by
one of my local users a few days ago and I've been looking into it.
