Hello all:

I've run into a similar (if not the same trouble). But reports are confusing
so I'm not sure.

I have filed a new report, so different problems doesn't mix on this same
report. You can see it at [0]

In this one, Zachary[1] report what seems a linking related problem and
Jameson[2] reports something related to permissions. In my case I run into
trouble with fakechroot itself. It complained about not being able to find
rpl_malloc.

The first piece of report[1] in this bug looks quite similar to
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=493065 so it would be great
if original reporter(Zachary) could retry and see what's happening.

If it is the same issue, it would be good merging both reports. If it is now
turns to be the same bug I've reported [0] then merge it with [0], if none of
this apply, then we should leave this as it is now.

For the piece of report from Jameson [2], I'd appreciate if Jameson could
confirm whether he's still likely seeing this bug or the one I've reported[0].

Thanks all.
