http://dev.mutt.org/hg/mutt/rev/bd21cff208c4 was just committed
upstream, and allows attachments to be deleted from unencrypted emails.
It displays a warning message if the email is signed or part-signed, but
doesn't prevent the deletion anymore.

I understand perfectly that in mutt, deleting an attachment might
