When I add a GnomeMenu item to the panel and select it, it just display a (very) tiny box where the menu should appear, but there is no items or text. This is an Etch install from an official 4.0 DVD set. This action is exactly the same as the BBMenu had been, until I fixed it as suggested in another bug report.
