After about 4 hours of use or less, depending on environment
temperature, laptop swithces off.
Fan works which is physically seen. I was unable to reproduce this in XP
even running demanding games.

bah again a report against an old kernel,
please upgrade to newer linux-image in unstable.
installs just fine in testing.
