Hi, Andreas Metzler's patch doesn't address the proiblem that dlocate uses /usr/lib/locate/frcode (from findutils or now locate) _when building its database_ (in update-dlocatedb). Maybe we should add a pure Perl implementation of frcode as can be found here: http://jmy.freeshell.org/code/frcode/
