Yes.
Varnish 1.1.1 contains bugs making the 1.0 line more suitable for
production use, depending on platform and backend. I am awaiting a
release of version 1.1.2 Real Soon Now

By looking at the varnish subversion repository it looks like you have
made debian packages of the current version but for some reasone these
hasn't been uploaded?
