1.2216:
* Fix: file and directory removal, rename and move may have been
denied with an "Operation not supported" error message.
* Fix: setuid-root ntfs-3g had a local root exploit and other
security problems.
* Fix: unprivileged unmount didn't always work.
* Fix: create mount.ntfs-3g symlink always in /sbin where mount(8)
needs it.
* New: added 'remove_hiberfile' mount option to be able to
read/write mount hibernated volumes for recovery and troubleshooting
purposes.
* Change: keep shrinking driver size.
