Package: open-iscsi Version: 2.0.865-1 Severity: important Currently the initscript fails if no sysfs is available. Which is ok when I try to start it but can be very annoying if you only try to remove the package and the initscript is called to stop the daemon (which is not running anyway).
I think the initscript should only fail because of missing sysfs on actions that try to start the daemon.
