Bug#471353: Please stop build-depending on libzvt-dev, which needs to be removed from the archive

Package: gnomekiss Version: 2.0-1 Severity: normal libzvt-dev will be removed from the archive, so I tried to sustitute it with libvte-dev, which worked, but then I realized that this build depency is not even needed anymore. I have a NMU ready that fixes this bug and also: gnomekiss (2.0-1.1)
