It seems your package contains timezone information in /usr/share/games/FlightGear/Timezone/. This is duplicate information from what is also available in the tzdata package in /usr/share/zoneinfo/ Could you please change /usr/share/games/FlightGear/Timezone/ into a symlink to /usr/share/zoneinfo/? Note that dpkg doesn't automaticly convert a directory into a symlink, you might need to do this in your postinst script. It seems the timezone information you have is rather old (2001). It might be that the files from tzdata are in a newer format. But it would be good that we don't have such duplicate and outdated information.
