reassign 474891 libsdl-sound1.2-dev retitle 474891 please rebuild libsdl-sound1.2 against new libspeex thanks
libspeex currently droped it .la file (/usr/lib/libspeex.la) which is still listed in /usr/lib/libSDL_sound.la. This leads to an FTBFS of our package asc in unstable, as it cannot open libspeex.la during linking. Locally rebuilding libsdl-sound makes libSDL_sound.la list -lspeex instead of libspeex.la and asc can be build fine again.
