four years later, the -pulse package is still not in Debian. Is there any
reason why the description is not change to match reality?

the other maintainer. What we need to coordinate, I'm not sure.
Me neither. I believe we are pretty well coordinated already.
We can of course try to merge the two packages, but with two different
upstreams
