I believe that IPv6 addresses are represented in URLs like this:
http://[fe80::204:e2ff:fea9:9d35]
Although that does not work in Epiphany, http://[::1]/ does.
We really should not have enabled IPv6 in avahi before the rest of the
universe is ready for it--against the explicit wish of
