It seems /etc/logrotate.d/acpid was marked as a conffile from a previous version, and no postrm script has dealt with it now that it is no longer in the package. And pkill (apart from being a dangerous thing to use IMHO -- should be using pidfiles such as through start-stop-daemon or /etc/init.d/a
