Bug#491722: pari-gp: /usr/bin/gp broken symlink or armel

2008-07-21 Thread Timothy G Abbott
Package: pari-gp Version: 2.3.3-2 Severity: grave The armel build of pari-gp is apparently missing the /usr/bin/gp-2.3 binary, so that /usr/bin/gp is a broken symlink. -Tim Abbott -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of unsubscribe. Trouble? Contact [EMAIL

I'm unable to find a build log for pari (they seem to be missing from buildd.debian.org). (I'm not involved in the armel team; I discovered this when investigating the build failure of one of my packages:

Apparently the armel port uses linux-gnueabi (I agree this seems crazy). There are a whole lot of bugs open about this: http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/[EMAIL PROTECTED]tag=eabi From reading a few of them, it seems that maybe the armel folks want you to be checking DEB_HOST_ARCH_OS instead
