Hi!
mcabber directly uses libgcrypt11-dev and checks for it in configure,
but it doesn't directly Build-Depend on it but rather depends on
libotr2-dev to pull it in. This does yield a problem because the stable
version of libotr2-dev doesn't have that dependencies - and direct
dependencies should always be set directly and not be pulled in through
others.
