Bug#508670: gnome-power-manager: g-p-m does not work correctly when more than one users are simultaneously logged in

2009-11-15 Thread Sam Morris
Newer versions of g-p-m try to shut down the system with consolekit, whose policy only allows the user of an active session to do so. So I think this bug is fixed in unstable. -- Sam Morris https://robots.org.uk/ PGP key id 1024D/5EA01078 3412 EA18 1277 354B 991B C869 B219 7FDB 5EA0 1078

Package: gnome-power-manager Version: 2.22.1-4 Severity: normal I have noticed some strange behaviour from gnome-power-manager. I have enforced sleep_type_ac=hibernate and sleep_computer_ac=600 for all users through gconf-editor, so that the computer automatically hibernates after 10 minutes
