Package: mailcrypt Version: 3.5.8+CVS.2005.04.29.1-12 Severity: normal Dear maintainers,
When doing M-x mc-decrypt on a buffer with the end of the encrypted message corrupted, for instance with the line "-----BEGIN PGP MESSAGE-----" alone and nothing else in the buffer, I get "Symbol's value as variable is void: mc-pgp50-fetch-key" while if both the "-----BEGIN PGP MESSAGE-----" and "-----END PGP MESSAGE-----" lines are present, with nothing in between, I get a more reasonable "The message was corrupt". This with emacs21, emacs22, emacs-snapshot, all started with the -q option. The main problem is that the weird error really looks like the mailcrypt or emacs configuration was messed up, and it may take some time to someone (like me) to realize that in fact the installation is okay but the message is corrupted ...
