Package: pbzip2 Version: 1.0.2-0 Severity: wishlist
Since pbzip2 is drop in replacement for bzip2, please provide /etc/alternatives method to select default bzip2 for the system. Ths way the pbzip2 could become the preferred method of system bzip2, if admin so chooses. No scripts would need to be chnaged to make use of the added performance.
