I can reproduce this problem with version 3.2.0~rc3-1. I read the
workaround at

1. Select Tools/Options... from the menu
2. In the left tree navigate to OpenOffice.org Calc/Formula
3. Click on the Arrow right to Calc

I can confirm this bug, for openoffice.org-calc 1:3.1.0-4 and 1:3.1.0-5 and I
am missing this feature. Reading
https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=502641 there seems to be no
progress and the bug seems to be Debian
I can reproduce it under the experimental version 3.1.1RC2
but not in the vanilla versions

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open or create a spreadsheet document
2. Select Format - Print ranges - Edit
3. Click on the Rows to repeat entry
4. Select one or more rows
