Unreproducible with latest version of gedit. Gedit won't recognize the
locale of the mp3 thus it won't open it.
From nautilus I don't see any problems.

1. Start gedit and minimize it (that is the state when the crash occurred)
2. Start nautilus and find an .mp3 file
3. Doubleclick on the .mp3 file
4. The mp3 file starts playing and gedit crashes.
