Justification:
Since python-xml is removed from unstable (RM request: #540475),
pyslide will fail to work without it (See: #468610 and its followups
where I asked for help and other things). I have failed to contact or
got any feedback from #540475 submitter and no luck with using other
similar alternative libraries as suggested in removal mail. Ubuntu is
also planning similar things at LP #199014
