I too see this display bug. I can restore the correct message list by a number of actions: switching to another desktop and back; switching to a mailbox folder with more messages than can be displayed in the message list (i.e. a scrollbar in message list) and back to wrongly displayed folder; minimizing the claws-mail window, and upon re-enlarging the window, message list is correct.
