One of the upstream developers told me this is not a bug of
gnome-bluetooth itself.
This should be investigated into the bluez package, which should
contain the main bluetooth daemon.
Re-assigning to the affected package.

Looks like gnome-bluetooth is unable to save it status after a normal
reboot, which is not what we expect.
