viewcvs was renamed to viewvc in the lenny era; in the version currently in
unstable, the viewcvs transitional package has been removed, rendering
gforge-plugin-scmsvn uninstallable.
Unfortunately, the version of viewvc currently in unstable also fixes a
security flaw, which can't progress into testing because it would break
gforge-plugin-scmsvn in testing too (although I might suggest to the release
team that they force it in anyway).
